- Please return to the store before 17:00 on the same day. ① 17:00~17:30, please inform the staff in advance, no extension fee ② 17:30~20:00, extension fee = 250JPY/10min ③ Return on the next day, extension fee is 3000JPY (no deposit for delay) ※ If you choose to return by mail the next day, an additional 3500 yen (postage) will be added.
- If the kimono is obviously stained or damaged due to personal reasons, you will need to pay the corresponding compensation
