Klook User21 Nov 2024Really enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou. The staff from Front-desk to room service and F&B were lovely and attentive. Although the hotel does not have a direct Westlake view, we could still see a part of the area from our room. Downside is that we're just next to an events area and it can be rather noisy before 8pm. A good breakfast spread. Generally a pleasant experience.
