From the spectacular view to the foods down to the extremely helpful and nice staffs on the boat. Especially our waiter Anto, he went out his way to accommodate us with making sure our drinks are filled, pictures are taken for us. Overall it was an unforgettable birthday celebration we had on board. Thanks again the whole staffs on May 4th for creating a memorable experience for us.

I should have booked this from the beginning. I booked a ticket up to the 52nd floor the day before, but when I went there, I was disappointed because the glass frame got in the way and I couldn't take the photos I wanted, but I found out on the internet that if I went to the 53rd floor with a different ticket, I could take beautiful photos, so I made a new reservation. The ticket from the previous day was wasted, but I was able to go up to the 53rd floor again and it was great. There was no staff there, so even if I wanted to have someone take my photo, there was no one to do it, but a man who seemed to be a cleaning man came and took a very nice photo for me. Thank you. If you are going to make a reservation from now on, it is better to buy a VIP ticket that can go up to the 53rd floor, even if it is a little extravagant. If you go up to the 52nd floor, the wonderfulness will be halved.

Very welcoming and friendly staff on board. Helped to take pictures, it's a must do activity during dubai stay to capture beautiful views and enjoy the palm Island view, burj al arab, ain wheel and the beaches.

Speedboats are parked further away from the yachts so took a while to find the place after walking along the pier towards a bridge. Show the QR at the air-conditioned lounge to check in & exchange for ticket. Speedboat is slow at the beginning and the end due to speed limit around the waters and fast when out in the open. Will stop on and off to let us take pictures. Nice experience. Need to put a lot of sunblock especially during summer.

perfect tour. Small yacht compared to the big tourist boats with around 30 participants. Crew was amazing and food bbq buffet was decent.

The most pleasant project in the whole Dubai tour, the staff's service attitude was very good, and they also helped to take pictures. The scenery along the way was also very good. I saw another side of Dubai and also saw the Burj Al Arab up close! Awesome!
