{Registration Instructions}

If the applicant is a senior citizen over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, they need to sign a waiver agreement to ensure safety and complete the relevant security procedures. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. We will send the waiver agreement document by email after receiving the order. Please sign in advance and take a photo and send it back to complete the registration process.

Each guest can bring up to one piece of luggage for free. Please make a note in the "Special Request" section when placing an order. If you do not inform us one day in advance that you need to bring luggage temporarily, it may cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you from boarding the bus, and the fee will not be refunded. If the passengers include "infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat", please be sure to make a note when placing an order, because even if the infant does not occupy a seat, it will be counted in the approved number of people.

{Pre-trip tips}

We will send you an email between 20:00-21:00 the day before the trip to inform you of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Guests who participate in the hotel pick-up package, please wait outside the hotel lobby. Please refer to the email content for the specific pick-up time. The email may be mistakenly sent to the spam box. In peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.

As this is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting place or attraction on time. No refund will be given if you fail to arrive on time. Any unexpected expenses and responsibilities incurred due to late arrival will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.

As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages travelling with you.

To ensure your smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making any temporary changes. If you fail to get on the bus due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.

We will arrange different car models based on the actual number of people traveling, and we cannot specify the car model.

Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks, snow scenery, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and the specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware.

{Tips during the trip}

During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed. The specific departure time shall be subject to the email notification one day before the trip. Please make preparations in advance.

We will try our best to arrange seats, but since this trip is a carpool tour, seats are mainly allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.

The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide will reasonably adjust the tour order or delete attractions (time) based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.

You are not allowed to leave the group early or during the group trip. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.

Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. If there is any loss caused by delay, our company will not bear the relevant responsibility. Please understand.

Child seats are not available

The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
